• I developed and managed monthly calendars and newsletters to keep residents, staff, and families informed of upcoming activities and events. I led both group and individual activities designed to engage residents and promote their involvement. Additionally, I coordinated entertainers and volunteers and organized special events for holidays, birthdays, and other significant occasions. I maintained detailed attendance records for each event and ensured the activity spaces were organized and clean. I created Life Bios for each resident and made welcome gifts. My role involved regular interactions with residents and their families addressing any concerns, providing updates, and sending photos of their loved ones in activities. I worked closely with community partners to schedule activities, family events, health fairs, and staff education. I worked with Marketing to take sale calls and do tours when needed.

I was an Activity Director for an Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Behavioral Care community. There were many different roles I was involved in over the years, from being a caregiver, activities, helping with marketing, planning and organizing events, staff trainings, and a Director.
