Acting GM of the Tipsy Hippy Grille, leading restaurant/bar experience in our city. Operating through the duration of covid and maintaining leads in supplier priority; Which is also under same ownership and management of the Lumbermens Village cabin rentals. At a base, I work for my family's business and am capable od handling all aspects of the business' affairs. Most personally challenging is daily operation and employee training. In current years post-covid employee retention is higher than the industry has previously led me to expect and accomodate. Taking a greater interest in training and understanding individuals in greater depth has been my primary focus, greatest challenge, and what I have found upon introversion to be most lacking in. Primarily considering I take a very hands-on approach to most tasks, I relish the chance to learn, and understand new mechanics of a great many areas of expertise.
