At a base, I work for my family's business and am capable od handling all aspects of the business' affairs. Most personally challenging is daily operation and employee training. In current years post-covid employee retention is higher than the industry has previously led me to expect and accomodate. Taking a greater interest in training and understanding individuals in greater depth has been my primary focus, greatest challenge, and what I have found upon introversion to be most lacking in.
