• Defined process flow, method sheets, and tooling required to launch products from SMT to Box Build areas.
• Set up Box Build layout and implemented lean manufacturing flow for HLA.
• Performed assembly quotations for future project transfers based on the Tempe template.
• Supported all medical validation requirements, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Engineering leader for one-piece flow implementation at Chihuahua plant. Supervise maintenance routines for production equipment and , spare parts inventory and shop supplies supply materials. Prepare transfer plan project phases based on production master schedule. Transfer leader for EMERSON production lines to Guangzhou China.

• Management and coordination of 5 engineers, 4 SMT lines and 8 box built Box Build areas for GM Clusters, Toyota, Honda clusters. Machine expenses forecast control and Headcount matrix definition to support customer demand. Challenge Manufacturing engineers to achieve continuous improvements goals. Support machine optimization process to reduce gear equipment and manual operation based on time studies.

• Responsible for coordination activities to establish and define high volume production lines requirements for SMT and manual – insertion process. Amongst numerous responsibilities were (SMT ) tooling and fixture design as well as production staffing and scheduling. Supervise equipment's run rates and Headcount matrix to achieve plant forecast and goals. Lead corrective action teams to for continuously improvement, PPM, failure rates, and machine expenses.

• Supervised production: Responsible for overseeing the production area for 10 SMT lines operating on 7/24 shifts.
