As director for the company I was responsible for the supervision of design staff including preparation of all MEP designs for projects such as residential buildings, villas, and offices.

Project : MEP works for 60 villas out of 213 villas.

Main Contractor :Al Ali Development and construction company.
my work included all electrical, air-conditioning and Plumbing works.

The work included all electrical installations,wiring, DB dressing, fire alarm, emergency lighting and lighting control.

B- Oceanic Hotel KhorFakkan, Khorfakkan – sharjah ,UAE.

Our work was to prepare all design drawings and tender documents for the renovation works of the hotel which was estimated about 20 million dollars. For the owner Sharjah Islamic Bank and through main consultant IMCOS Arch. Engineers, ITALY.
The Work included all design drawings, project specifications, bill of quantity and list of
materials for various systems including all electrical works such as lighting, power CCTV, access
control, structure cabling, SMATV , fire alarm
Lighting control, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, and Firefighting works.

Experts Electromechanical engineering was established in the UAE in the Emirate of Dubai. As managing partner I was responsible for the Technical Department for our projects.

The company has accomplished the following projects in the UAE: 200 villas out of 856 villas at Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai.
