Project Role Title: Senior Project Engineer

· Attending Kick-off meeting for the project, project review meeting and discussing technical scope of work for the project.

· Responsible to deliver project scope engineering documents such as FDS, DDS, Cabinet Design, Wiring database, loop drawings, FAT/SAT procedures, Application programs etc.

· Implemented Control logic PLC code in Ladder and FB for the Power Plant process.

· Control Net configuration is done for I/O racks using RsNetwork.

· The communication between Control logix PLC is achieved using Ethernet

Handled alone SAT for three Control logic PLC for boiler operation. Co-ordination with project consultant and end-user for smooth SAT completion.

Project Role Title: Project Engineer

Control Logic PLC

· Involved in this project from PLC design, configuration and PLC code implementation in Ladder for Oxygen Separation Plant.

· Conducted FAT for this application with customer satisfaction.

· This process system is controlled with Control Logix PLC with RSview-32 HMI. Remote I/O s and HMI communication is through Control Net.

· Responsible for maintenance of Oxygen Plant instruments such as Pressure Transmitter, Control Valve, SOV, Pressure Switches, Pumps and HT motors and MCC panels.

· Responsible for maintenance of Oxygen plant GE-Fanuc System and Complicity SCADA system.

· Planning and executing Preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance activity. Documenting maintenance records, Calibration certificate for Quality purpose.

· Worked in SAP R/3 modules for PR rising, material reservation from Store.

Coordinating with Purchase group/vendor to evaluate technical specification of the intended Spare material.
