• Realized project: Opening of the "Bottega Venetta", "Albatros flagship" stores, Gloria Jean's Coffees at Port Baku Mall, Ataturk Avenue, Gala Village, renovation of the Gloria Jean's Coffees Puppet Theatre, relocation of "Premium Outlet".
• Realized and supervised the projects according to their design and requirements
• Collaborated with foreign brands, vendors, construction companies, landlords, internal departments, and government organizations
• Coordinated all the stakeholders - architects, designers, engineers, contractors, landlords and internal team, sales, marketing, IT, facility
• Developed the budget, outlined the tasks, and coordinated the construction report
• Submitted the required documents to the: governmental organizations, landlords, brands, and all related stakeholders
• Maintained and monitored a detailed record of all handover activities, including documentation of completed tasks, approvals, and any outstanding issues.

Started as a Supply Chain assistant, then promoted to the Procurement Specialist position in December 2020.

Planned the career path for the students and graduates together with the B2B partners.
