• Led a metadata management tool capturing data consumed across all customer journeys across credit and fraud risk from fruition to inception. As a result, this reduced manual processes from 4 weeks to less than 1 day.
• Navigated cross-team collaboration with Stakeholders, Engineering, UX, QA, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Delivery.
• Managed Features, User Stories, UAT Testing, Releases, and process improvement to expedite product launch and User onboarding.

Launched a Salesforce merchant onboarding experience, an intuitive journey based digital application form for international markets. This reduced the time to set up a merchant account from 25+ days to less than 1 hour.

• Migrated the International American Express Credit Card Application from Pega to Java.
• Captured Credit Card Application decision, approved, declined, or pending, and processed decision to Applicants.
• Eased collaboration among Risk, Communications, and Solution Management leveraging business data at the time of submission to actively prepare for enrollment, onboarding, and acquisition.

• Developed a framework using the Apache Kafka System in collaboration with the Data Services Department.
• Connected MS SQL to an Elastic Search database, paired with a Kibana dashboard to monitor data to make it accessible to a Java-Spring Boot interface and enhance data storage.
