• Conducting internal and external events

• Providing support for conducting market research;
• Cooperation with other structural divisions and vendors related to the projects;
• Participation in the discussion and implementation of departmental projects;
• Implementation of documentation works.
• Participation in the organization of corporate events
• Preparation of the register of internal departmental documentation
• Conducting all documentation within the department (preparation of contracts, collection of payment documents and payment)
• Participation in writing internal communication texts

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the bank branch, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the relevant bank personnel.
• Assist customers with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Schedule appointments for customers who require specialized banking services or consultations.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects a professional image of the bank.
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
