Nigar Sadigova

I am the youngest assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Azerbaijan Medical University, and I am passionate about both teaching and learning. My medical career started with an honors degree in general medicine, which was followed by an internship and a number of years of ophthalmology practice. I have a strong foundation in clinical practice and medical education because to my varied background.

As a dedicated and hardworking educator, I strive to discover innovative and engaging teaching methods that enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Effective teaching, in my opinion, includes creating engaging and dynamic learning environments in addition to standard lectures. I'm always looking for new ways to improve my classes and make them more suitable to the needs of my students.

Building a positive and friendly environment in the classroom is one of my core values. I genuinely enjoy spending time with my students, getting to know them, and fostering open communication. My top priority is to establish a welcoming environment where students may freely share their ideas and ask questions. This method not only improves their educational experience but also motivates students to take an active role in it.
