Analyze and resolve complex issues related to IP/MPLS working on platforms such as Cisco NCS 540, 55A2, ASR 99XX, Nexus, and Huawei NE8000M14, NE40.
Troubleshoot and fix Layer 3 VPN and Layer 2 VPN issues across Cisco and Huawei routers.
Troubleshoot and fix complex BGP peering and routing issues with customers on both Cisco IOS XR/NX-OS and Huawei VRP platforms.
Drive and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major network incidents.
Review network performance and scalability metrics to propose and implement improvements in network design.
Migration of the Backbone routing protocol to IS-IS, ensuring seamless transition on Cisco and Huawei routers.

• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site
• Manages WAN, WLAN, LAN, CAN, and remote network security as well as incident and problem management
• Managing and optimization routing domains(BGP, OSPF)
• Install, configure and support routing and switching equipment and firewalls (Cisco Systems, Palo Alto Networks)
• Monitor network performance(availability, bandwidth and latency) and check for weaknesses
