Nijat Mustafayev

I completed a three-month internship at the "International Bank of Azerbaijan", where I gained practical exposure to finance-driven banking operations. My responsibilities involved financial analysis, supporting data-based decision-making, and understanding core risk management principles within a commercial banking environment. This experience strengthened my quantitative and analytical skills and reinforced my interest in advanced study in finance, particularly in areas related to financial decision-making, risk assessment, and institutional finance.

I completed an internship at ASAN Service in Baku, where I worked in the customer service office supporting citizens with payments, service fees, and related procedures. My role involved handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, guiding clients through administrative processes, and ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction. This experience strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
