Projects: Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) – Flowline Scope

• Preparation of design deliverables (supportive information, i.e. technical drawings, material requisitions, data sheets, tag and document number request forms and etc.) for allocated scope in a timely manner.
• Follow the compliance in delivered projects with, client, industry and international specifications and standards. Performance of design and engineering tasks and activities, in accordance with the Company QA, HS&E Policies.
• Early Identification to the Lead Designer of areas of concern during any project or study.
• Surveys to determine information to allow execution of work scopes. Communication with Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and determine any opportunities where the Company can provide engineering solutions to existing problems or for improving existing methods.
• Warehouse visits to check project allocated materials and equipment.
• Communication, where appropriate, with engineers of other disciplines to ensure design integrity and consistency.
• Review of Supplier/Vendor Documents.
• Identification of increase or reduction in scope of work and advising the Lead C&I Designer accordingly.
• Technical input to procurement activities.
• Representation of the Company with Clients and Suppliers / Vendors in a professional manner.
• Assistance to the Lead C&I Engineer as directed.

• Preparation and checking content of design deliverables (technical drawings, calculations, material requisitions, tag and document numbers requests and etc.) for allocated scope in a timely manner.
• Follow the compliance in delivered projects with, client, industry and international specifications and standards. Performance of design and engineering tasks and activities, in accordance with the Company QA, HS&E Policies.
• Early Identification to the Lead Designer of areas of concern during any project or study.

• Knowledge of, and compliance with, client, industry and international specifications and standards.
• Direction of Discipline Designer allocated to own area of responsibility and frequent liaison to ensure coordination.
• Originating engineering documentation for allocated work scopes, e.g., calculations. Checking similar documentation and workpacks created by others.
• Surveys, both offshore and onshore, to determine information to allow execution of work scopes.
• Early identification to the Lead Electrical Engineer of areas of concern during any project or study within necessary corrective action identified.
• Checking engineering content of design deliverables for allocated work scopes, e.g., drawings and bills of material.
• Communication, where appropriate, with engineers of other disciplines to ensure design integrity and consistency.
• Review of Supplier/Vendor Documents.
• Technical input to procurement activities.
• Following discipline procedures for document control and use and retention of check prints.
• Representation of RDS with Clients and Suppliers / Vendors in a professional manner.
• Assistance to the Lead Electrical Engineer as directed.

• Assistance to the Lead Electrical Engineer as directed.
