• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Fire Alarm Network system-Cleveland Clinic/ Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi
• To initiate scheduling, planning and supervision of installation works with proper communication of discrepancies and proper documentation of entire process
• Identifying and rectifying System troubles related to Fire Alarm Network
• Carry out Planned Preventive maintenance as per the schedule to see that all equipment and controls are operating properly and are in good condition
• Acknowledging and reporting fire alarms
• Scheduling monthly reports and rectification works
• Inspect, test, and maintain fire detection and alarm systems
• Monitoring the system and take necessary action during a fire alarm activation
• Interprets instrument and meter readings; wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and technical publications
• Expertise with the use of applicable test equipment
• Knowledge of safety rules and practices; environmental policies; principles of management
• Operation and maintenance of on-site fire alarm and control systems
• Perform other qualified duties as assigned
