Achievements:
• On H-386 Subsea Construction vessel's owner wanted to use A60 Joiner Doors many places, but as per SOLAS that places not required to have A60 doors. I did prove it in the management meeting and changed the type of the doors (A60 door is expensive than the normal door).
• On H-386 vessel's Bridge Deck ceiling panels were chosen wrongly and there was lighting reflection on it. As per rules shouldn't be lights reflection on the Wheelhouse. And I did propose to use special laminate on the ceiling to avoid reflection.
• Achievements:
1. On the H-380 Catamaran project, I have proposed to use aluminum material instead of steel due to weight issue and it was helpful on the mentioned project.
2. On the H386 Subsea Construction Vessel's Mooring Compartment bulkhead and deckhead insulation, I achieved to remove and save an extra 40000 USD for the company. As per rules on open spaces not required to have Thermal Insulation. And that place is considered as open spaces due to many shell openings.
3. On the H-386 Subsea Construction Vessel's decks got many deflections and the contractor wants to make street-level using cement I did achieve to use steel Fairing to make leveling and solved the mentioned issue.
1. One of the Road construction Machines hydraulic pumps arrived with company defect. I did prove it to supplier and achieve to get that pump from them for free.
2. Another Hyundai Excavator's boom cylinder was bended. That was almost new Excavator only used 600 working hours. And that Boom Cylinder costs 4000usd. on this matter also able to get that part for free.
