Behavior Science and Human Services began with developing an interest in how people think, learn, and behave. I built a foundation by taking psychology and human development courses, then continued my studies in college where I learned about behavior principles, counseling skills, ethics, and cultural competence. Through internships and hands-on training, I gained experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. I also completed professional certifications, such as RBT training, to strengthen my skills in applied behavior analysis and direct client support. This journey has prepared me to work in the human services field by combining academic knowledge with real-world experience, helping me better understand and support the people I serve.
