• Collecting data from other departments to create a budget, comparing it with the previous year's budget and eliminating any discrepancies
• Checking and analyzing accounts on a daily basis, monitoring the correct recognition of income, expenses and assets, and eliminating discrepancies. Checking the compliance of rental income with the contract and eliminating discrepancies
• Preparing profit and loss statements for stores, explaining questions to store managers. Preparing special reports for other departments and performing other tasks of the Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets; ensure accuracy of all income and expenses
• Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts
• Calculate monthly salaries and bonuses
• Monitor cash flow and inventory; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Correct capitalization of expenses and adjust system records as needed
• Prepare special financial reports for other departments and assist Finance Manager with additional tasks
