• I managed the construction process, related technical works and team coordination issues.

• 9-story, 173-space parking building – construction of a modern parking and office complex located in Baku.
• Project management of parking system installation, relevant infrastructure and security requirements.
• I managed key activities in the field of construction and project coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of the project.

AFEZ Building

2021 – 2022

· AFEZ Building – Construction of a new administrative and office complex for the Free Economic Zone of Azerbaijan (AFEZ).

• Within the framework of the project, a modern office and business center were built, energy-efficient systems, modern technologies and security measures were integrated.
• I managed the construction of reinforced concrete structures, external and internal finishing works, installation of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as measures to comply with environmental and safety standards.
• I have done significant work in the areas of programming, labor power and resource management, team coordination and security measures control.

Cosntruction of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel

Dates 2023-2024

• Hilton Garden Inn – Participation in the construction project of a hotel complex according to international standards.
• MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems installation, supervision of the implementation and coordination of construction by stages.
• Construction of reinforced concrete and partition constructions, organization of facade and internal finishing works.
• Supervision of construction site safety rules, coordination with contractor and subcontractor teams.

Sarabski Plaza

• Execution of interior decoration, facade and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems of an office complex located in the center of Baku.
• Control on internal decoration and finishing works, technical and aesthetic compatibility of the facade.

Crescent Bay Baku

• Crescent Bay Baku – A large architectural project located in Baku, on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

The project consists of three parts

• Crescent Hotel: A luxury hotel designed in the shape of a crescent, in the middle of the sea.
• Crescent City: Offices, residential buildings and business centers.
• Crescent Place: Shopping and entertainment zone.

Mingachevir Textile Factory

• The construction of a factory specialized in the production of cotton yarn and the processing of textile products, which started in 2016 and became operational in 2018.
• I supervised the construction and technical works of the factory, paid attention to the quality of the project and the compliance of the delivered results with the expected requirements.

I provided coordination with local and international employees during the construction process and supported the start of the enterprise.

Residential building for families of Karabakh martyrs (Sumgait)
2010 – 2012

· Complete renovation of a three-entrance, 96-apartment residential building
