Student Success Counselor assists students in their growth and development by constructing meaningful educational plans which are compatible with their life goals. It is a continuous and consistent process which is built upon the basis of frequent, accumulated personal contact between advisor and advisee.

Develop and deliver interactive STEM, Acceleration Reading lessons to enhance student learning, promote critical thinking, and foster academic progress.

Managed the operations of a summer school program in collaboration with Teach For America, ensuring a high-quality, impactful educational experience for students. Oversaw scheduling, student placement, and enrollment, ensuring appropriate class sizes and individualized attention.
