• Leading operational delivery and coordination of accounting, tax, and payroll services for a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Managing a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service aligned with both local regulations and client expectations.
• Supervising the preparation and submission of financial statements, tax returns, and statistical reports in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation and client requirements.

• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual cash and VAT management, including consolidating and optimizing cash and VAT flows, and ensuring liquidity while considering the unique cash needs and operational requirements of real estate group companies and foreign subsidiaries.
• Acting as in-house tax expert for planning and transactional analysis of new real estate related projects, M&As, dispositions, restructuring.
• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance with the tax legislation, including evaluation of amendments to relevant legislation to determine the potential impact.
• Contributing to the development of treasury and tax policies with subsequent control on implementation at real estate group companies.
• Contributing to capital structuring, financing and capital allocation analysis and decisions, and playing a role in managing group-wide banking relations.

• Supervising tax and accounting projects and teams.
• Examining, and analyzing reports for state authorities (tax, statistics, etc.) in compliance with current legislation & identifying tax risks within projects.
• Developing accounting and tax policies and procedures for clients.
• Conducting payroll calculations.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff, providing on-the-job and theoretical tax/accounting training.
• Preparation of Financial statements under IFRS.

• Participate in tax accounting activities, including the preparation of reports to state authorities, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with tax obligations.

• Bookkeeping for day-to-day operations, preparation of accounting journals for clients.
• Calculation of salary, vacation, sick leave and maternity allowances for clients' employees.
• Tax accounting and preparation of reports to the state authorities.
• Liaison with tax authorities on client related tax matters.

• Recording and sorting the contracts with other companies according to bank's data and uploading them to the main system.
• Preparing daily transactional documents with memorial orders, payment orders and other sub-documents.
• Making daily payments, recognizing and dividing the expenses according to the bank's policy.
