Operating Cnc plasma burn table machine. I wipe down the machine before running. I do a calibration on the machine beforerunning it. I load up my machine with the overhead Crane with the material that I'm running.
And when I'm done I have to unload it as well sometimes I use a forklift.
Checking the machine making sure nothing is broken or any hoses have hole or leaks in them. I verify my material before running it. Loading my program into the computer on the machine, making sure that it's the right program right thickness, right dimensions from thickness to length to width. When I cut out my first part. I always verify it before running the second one, making sure that the dimensions are correct when It drills holes I make sure its the right size holes I also use a scanner to scan the barcode. Double check the barcode and the information on the material make sure everything is correct before I run it. Then when im done I unload my table and I grind the parts with the grinder. Make sure there's no sharp edges and grind the holes.
And always, at the end of the shift, stop half hour early. Make sure my area is swept up and clean. There's no tripping hazards , there's no safety hazards or nothing that anybody can get hurt and my area.
