As a Environmental Technician for EES there are many job tasks to complete for any given project. Projects range from cleaning up spills (i.e.- Acid,oil, or gas) to gas station tank pulls, and disassembly of the dispensing systems. My main responsibility is to assist the supervisors and project managers in completion of the project. In order to do this I must strictly follow the safety guidelines set for the project, that can range from hard hats, and safety vest; up to full tyvek suit coverage, and respirators. I also must know how to assist management on day to day tasks, this can range from running transfer pumps, power washers, and vacuums trucks. To using hand digging tools, skid steers, front loaders, and mini excavators.

As a crew chief for servpro my main responsibility is to ensure the successful completion of a restoration project. I am given direction by management on a new lead or project. If its a new lead i am tasked with inspecting the job and meeting with the customer. Coming up with an action plan to complete the project and communicating this with the customer, then signing necessary authorization forms. Afterwards, I communicating the plan to management and crews, then overseeing the completion of the job. I am also tasked with completing a file for each job which includes, sketch of areas, scope of work, daily documentation, and photos. If its an on going project, each day I am responsible for the completion of the task at hand and also the documentation of the work preformed.

As a mitigation supervisor my job responsibilities included multiple aspects.

- Contacting the customer and understanding what happened to damage their house.

-Inspecting their home and documenting the damages.

-Coming up with a plan to restore the home and correct the damages; then communicate that with the customer, management, and the laborers.

-Seeing the job through, recording the progress of the mitigation, and keeping all parties informed.

-Relaying all information back to the mitigation manager to be billed to the insurance company.

As produce manager at walmart the job responsibilities where as followed.

-Work with management on scheduling.

-Preform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual counts on products in the department.

-Showcase, stock, and rotate products to increase sells of seasonal products.

-Overseeing stocking and cleaning procedures to ensure standers where followed.

-Helping customers with any questions or concerns.

As a default collections manager I had on average 300 plus accounts to follow up on daily and try to collect upon.

I would try to call current numbers on file, as well as, use skip tracing programs to find new numbers to call.

If contact was made with the consumer i would attempt to negotiate the balance of the account, or work a payment plan to get the account current.

I would also work with recovery agencies on locating assets, and seeling those assets to cover the account balance.

As a mitigation estimator for Rocky Mountain my job responsibilities where as followed.

Collect data from the field techs, and build an invoice for work preformed.

Send all documentation and invoice to insurance company.

Work with the adjuster on getting invoice paid.

Work with accounting on tracking profits.

As the mitigation manager, I was in charge of the mitigation process from start to finish. I would inspect damaged properties and meet with customers. Come up with a plan to complete the project and communicate this with the customer, then sign necessary authorization forms. Outline crews on how to mitigate the damages and dry out the structure. Set up and monitor drying equipment until drying standards where met. Document all readings and photograph all damages. Write invoices for servies preformed. Work directly with customer and paying party until invoice was paid.
