  • Create bids including labor, materials, freight, equipment, and any other fee for multiple customers.
  • Search and find parts including cost that the techs are looking for.

  • Order parts once I or the tech have located parts.
  • Document all notes for the work order.
  • Track all parts and flip the call to dispatch that are ordered.

  • Work a committed cost report every day.

  • Work the KPI report weekly for each area I am responsible for. This includes updating the report with notes on shipping and pricing and availability for the parts.
