The Royale is a boutique shopping / office / retail / event center that has helped revitalize a neighborhood turning what once was dilapidated autobody shops and a half acre junk yard into a thriving point of pride for Midtown Phoenix. Rocco is the Developer, Architect of record, Co-Owner, and creative force behind The Royale.
