New bridge structure over Grand Avenue and the Union Pacific RR tracks. New on and off ramps and traffic signals at US 60. Rubberized asphalt on loop 303. New sound walls and artistic features. Completed on schedule on budget
  • Loop 303 El Mirage Traffic Interchange, ADOT, 21M, Sr. Project Manager, New bridge structure over El Mirage Road. New on & off ramps and traffic signals. Rubberized asphalt, sound walls, and artistic elements. Completed on schedule on budget.
  • San Luis Port of Entry, ADOT, 10M, CMAR - Pre Construction Manager, Complete new roadway configuration in Downtown San Luis at Border station. Roadway widening traffic signals, overhead and underground utility improvements. Coordination with City of San Luis, ADOT, Yuma County Flood Control, Border Patrol. Responsible for writing SOQ, scheduling, traffic phasing plans interview prep for team. All coordination of GMP’s Constructability reviews and pre-construction activities.
  • Greenfield & Chandler Heights Road Improvements, CMAR, 25M, Sr. Project Manager, Multi-phased project with five GMP’s that included 3.5 miles of new roadway and four major intersection improvements, Flood Control District coordination major utility crossings and a bridge widening across the East Maricopa Floodway. Completed on schedule on budget.
  • Higley & Williams Field Road Intersection Improvements, Town of Gilbert, 12M, CMAR - Sr. Project Manager, Full Roadway and intersection re-construct, jack & bore under UPRR Tracks, utility relocations coordination with Williams Field High School and business and stakeholder coordination in Old Town Higley. Completed on schedule on budget.
  • ASU Poly Technic Campus, City of Mesa, 11M, CMAR - Sr. Project Manager, 2.5 miles of new roadway re-construction around the ASU Polytechnic campus in east Mesa. Included water, sewer, storm drain, landscaping and stakeholder coordination with the City of Mesa, ASU, Gilbert Chandler Community College, US Air Force, Williams Gateway Airport, SRP, East Valley Institute of Technology, Veterans Hospital, House of Refuge, school students and staff and the community. This project had a high volume of pedestrian traffic, bicycle and vehicular traffic. Completed on Schedule on Budget.
  • Design Build Services for both the City of Chandler and Town of Gilbert - Ocotillo Road Water Mains from Gilbert Road to Higley Road, CIP Project No. ST050, Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction of 4 miles of 36” DIP water main for City of Chandler, 2 miles of 16”-24” Water main and 8” waterline relocations for Town of Gilbert. Project also consists of Sewer encasements, Reclaimed water relocations. Completed on schedule on budget.
  • 19M CM@Risk Indian Bend Wash Improvements, City of Scottsdale, Senior Project Manager, One mile of four lanes of Full Roadway, Signalized Intersections of arterial roadway, and a Ten-Cell Concrete Arch-Bridge Structure. Drop structures, Retaining walls and other artistic elements incorporated into the work. Completed on schedule on budget.
  • CM@RISK 19M – 91st Ave. & Bethany Home Road/ Pendergast Youth field and 24” Transmission Main, Senior Project Manager, Two miles of Road Widening of 91st Ave, and one mile of new road construction of Bethany Home Road for the City of Glendale surrounding the Cardinal Stadium Site.
