My passion has always been working as an Electrician, through my 24 years working with the IBEW in Joliet, Illinois and Los Angeles, California. I have been fortunate to have amassed experience in a wide range of areas. Since retireing from the IBEW, I married and moved to Mexico where I there also was able to work in new areas demonstrating my personal abilities to adapt and suceed. After graduating from 5 year apprenticeship I worked on the following major Projects: 1. Construction of two different Co-Genertating Plants from initial start to startup. 2. Reconstruction of the ExxonMobil Joliet Refinery Crude Unit due to a fire destruction (during the one year project I was certified as a welder, continued to become foreman of one of two welding crews, continued as foreman of an instrument installation crew). 3. Worked at Braidwood Nuclear Generating Station for a maintenace turnaround. 4. New construction of several wharehouse/distribution centers. 5. New construction of large movie theater complex in Kankakee Illinois. 6. New construction of several shopping centers. Mosty of all new construction work started with initial underground electrical power installation through installation of all indoor power and lighting.
