ISTIGLAL - DRILLING SEMI- SUBMERSIBLE RIG

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing, installing and repairing electrical parts,equipment and systems
• Diagnosing malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures, using test equipment, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables, using hand tools
• Replacing faulty electrical components of machine,such as relays,switches,and motors,and positions sensing devices, using hand tools
• Reading and interpreting work orders, safety rules PTW ,electrical isolation, mechanical and electrical drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Codes,OSHA and standard industry safety rules/regulations
• Maintenance and service of ABB Drilling Drivers ,Thruster Drivers and ABB DC D rivers
• Performing prescribed Preventative Maintenance(RMS)
• Maintaining accurate and complete records, document all work performed appropriately
• Assisting in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to Supervisor
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes

• Controlled work activities in accordance with approved drawing plans,work procedure and project’s specifications requirements
• Reviewed of all electrical & instrumentation drawings related to scope of project work
• Performed routine inspection as per RFI, ITP, Project specifications & approved drawings
• Health & Safety Responsibilities are adhered to and understood
• Reviewed instrument and electrical certification provided with goods e.g ATEX
• Certificated of electrical instruments, cables,equipments
• HVAC system Motor Run Tests and certification
• Ex Inspection of electrical & instrument equipments
• Inspected of subcontractors works in accordance with Procedure, Specifications and relevant drawings
• Inspected of lightning protection and earthing installation, testing
• Inspected of HV and LV cables installation,testing
• Inspected of busbar,ladder,cable trays,raceway installation
• Inspected of MV and LV electrical equipment installation etc
• Inspected of lighting, small power distributions , power outlets installation and testing ,etc
• Recorded all test results to client test sheets

• Reviewed of all electrical & instrumentation drawings related to scope of project work
• Inspected of subcontractors works in accordance with Procedure ,Specifications and relevant drawings
• Inspected of lightning protection and earthing installation and testing
• Inspected of HV and LV cables installation,testing
• Inspected of busbar,ladder,cable trays,raceway installation
• Inspectedof MV and LV electrical equipment installation and testing etc

• Inspected all technology process step by step as per route map
• Inspected and testing of cables what produced in cable plant accordance to QOST
• Verification of electrical insulation resistance and electrical resistance of conductors
• Tested high voltage and low voltage cables in HV laboratory and LV laboratory
• Finding cable damages in structure by testing in HV and LV laboratory
• Documentation of tests results
