
Conduct NEO with new hires, field Training, retraining of existing employees, needlestick investigations, computer training including but not limited to Quanum, appointment scheduler, PBI, PATS, and Labdash, venipuncture safety training, direct observations, CAP documentation, communications with supervisors and leadership, indexing, PowerPoint presentation, perform venipunctures on patients, collect specimens for testing, process specimens for testing, data entry, order supplies, customer Service and answer phones.
Responsible for an assigned department. Initial resource and communication liaison between immediate staff, other departments, and Patient Services management. Assists, resolves, and documents all site issues and reports to and under the guidance of the area Supervisor. Performs all technical or administrative work at an advanced level of competency and efficiency
Responsible for ensuring borrower information on incoming title policies, mortgages and any other documents or information needed are accurate. Communicate regularly and follow up with partners, title companies, clients, and colleagues on the status of all outstanding documents or loan packages

Entering all orders into 360 accurately with a low error rate. Verifying insurance information. Responsible for taking patient drop off orders, and helping out with the staff to ensure every patient’s order was processed correctly.
