- Continually communicate with Client and Subcontractors representatives regarding the materials receipt and issue, communicate with WHSE representative and materials controller, to be in touch with engineering and discipline supervisors for clarification of any issue, getting approval of Client for MRI
- Thoroughly inspect/checked the materials visually and dimensionally, review all relevant documentation, report any NC or damage to QA/QC manager and Project team, raise Assessment report, NCR or OS&D report immediately and get approved them by Client, transfer materials to Quarantine area or reject them as per Management/Client decision
