• Ensured items or services are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered upon agreed terms and conditions seeking maximum value for the company including agreed time and cost.
• Acted as the focal contact person for all supply chain & finance initiatives at the district/location.

• Interfaced with the local Accounts Payable personnel to ensure that the entire procurement to pay (P2P) process is implemented fully and seamlessly at the local level.

• Acted as official representative of the company for local mobile operator and dealt with all issues related/addressed to telecommunication supplier.
• Completed P&S Summit 1 training course held by Siberian Training Center (Schlumberger certified, September 2018).
• Involved/ worked mainly with the following procurement softwares on a daily basis:

Schlumberger Web Procurement System (SWPS) - to generate pruchase orders for field locations.

Approved Supplier List (ASL) - to update vendor database, activate / inactivate supplier

Ariba - to proceed with biddings/ tenders (RFI/ RFP/ RFQ)

• Worked on Schlumberger internal software Qtrac to track the status of all drilling tools transferred to fields/ other locations, sent back to the workshop for repair and maintenance.
• Helped technicians in creating drilling toolsets through the system.
• Involved physically in all local logistics transactions of drilling tools to/from wellsite.
• Ordered and distributed requests among the product line, etc.

• Developed and maintained technical databases of wells/ fields via DOX software.
• Provided support to Drilling Engineering Center (DEC) engineers to plan, prepare, execute and debrief jobs at the wellsite and base location with the aim of delivering maximum service and data quality.
• Contributed to preparation of wellsite reports etc.
