Explanation of Project: I worked with an HR dataset sourced from Kaggle, focusing on employee-related information. Using Python, I carried out data preprocessing, including cleaning and transforming the dataset to prepare it for analysis. Once the data was refined, I utilized Tableau to create meaningful visualizations that revealed important insights related to employee trends, performance, and retention.
