●To raise the learning and attainment of pupils through following individual education plans created by the Head of Inclusion whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

● Utilizing the ADEK provided material to enhance learning for all differing levels of understanding.

● Liaise with the Inclusion department on strategies to help our Inclusion cohort where necessary

• Helped struggling students achieve academic success through targeted interventions and consistent progress monitoring.
• Supported special needs students with appropriate accommodations, ensuring equal access to educational opportunities for all learners.

● Demonstrate ICT skills eg using word, sending emails

• Execute the current IEP set for the student in coordination with the class teacher and School Sen Department, Ability to improve the student communication skills, One-to-one teaching to support Student learning and working closely with class teacher and parents to ensure students' progress
• Engaging with the student after school with family activities.

• Provide ABA therapy
• Record and summarize all student data
• Write quarter progress reports
• Participate in monthly management by objective (MBO) meetings
• Monitor student’s progress
• Conduct home visits as needed.
