Currently Serving as a RBI SME at ADNOC Refining through Velosi, where we are implementing the API 580 Semi-Quantitative Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)

My Key Responsibilities include:

• Quality Assurance of team members' work.
• Review and Validate of corrosion loop and inventory group drawings.
• RBI Analysis and updates in APM Software, ensuring data accuracy, methodological consistency, and effective risk mitigation.
• RBI Evergreening & Updating Data
• RBI Report Preparation by APM Query Unit level.

In the role of Technical Support for RBI at ADNOC Refining through Al Farah Contracting, responsibilities included providing specialized support to enhance the execution of Risk-Based Inspection Tasks.

My Key Responsibilities Includes

• Support the corporate RBI Project Team with Data Gathering, Data Review/Validation and QA/QC of static equipment history data (Design, Inspection, Maintenance, Process, Operational etc.) to perform RBI Assessments. Data currently resides in various locations including SPF, Excel Files, and various databases Data download from IMS, Analysis, and screening.
• Corrosion loop identification in PFD, P&ID.
• Deadleg and Injection/Mixing points identification in P&ID, Isometric.
• Damage Mechanism Identification in Corrosion Loop level and Component Level
• RBI, TM, CL, IM APM Template Filling & Upload
• Customized Dataloader preparation & Query Update.
• Customized dashboard and query preparation in APM
• TM Analysis, Review of Asset near past retirement & Excessive Corrosion with Inspection team
• RBI Analysis, RBI Recommendation Creation & Linking as Inspection task.

Served as Technical Support for RBI and Inspection at ADNOC Refining through Al Shirah Recruitment Services, a role focused on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of inspection operation.

My Key Responsibilities Includes:-

• Collecting the Drawings and Reports from different Sources and Maintaining for upload.
• Support to update template based on data provided.
• Newly added equipment data adding to the NDT Files.
• Experience in computerized management system, and Inspection database.
• CMLs Marking on ISO drawings as per client standard procedures.
• To ensure all equipment, piping, and pressure relief devices, internal, external, CUI and Internal corrosion monitoring inspections are started by the due date to ensure compliance.
