Operate manually and/or automated machinery to produce and assemble tubing set for gastrointestinal irrigation pump Assures accuracy of product packaging and traceability upholding safety and quality assurance standards Detect quality defects in parts utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process follows all applicable GmPs reading and maintaining accurate records follow documented work instructions,monitor materials, assemble products,and usually inspect parts to quality specifications

• Provide technical engineering support to assist in the development and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Assists engineers in the troubleshooting of failed products and production lines
• Provide support to all major Hybrid processes: component attach, wire bonding, environment testing
• Setup, operate, maintain, modify, test, and troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Assemble, repair, and test HV and LV Hybrids used in pacemakers and Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICD)
• Support and assist the New Product Development processes (NPD)
• Perform all rework processes
• Actively communicate with both external and internal customers
• Provide guidance to lower level Associates
• Provide training and certification for new associates
• MES PROMIS Information Systems

• Setup, operate, maintain, modify, test, and troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Operate various manufacturing equipment such as: wire bonders, plasma cleaners, test systems, Burn in ovens
• Assemble, repair, and test HV and LV Hybrids used in pacemakers and Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators
• Provide support for engineering operations
• Work with technical documentation
• Inspection of material receipt, assembly, and subassembly products
• Actively communicate with both external and internal customers
• Provide training for new associates
