• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks on wind turbine systems according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Tasks may include blade inspections, greasing of bearings, lubrication of gearbox, testing of generator, and other preventive maintenance activities.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and procedures to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems affecting wind turbine performance. Conduct thorough inspections and tests to pinpoint the root cause of issues.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems identified during inspections. Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring the proper functioning and safety of wind turbine systems.
• Collaborate with site managers, operations teams, and other technicians to schedule maintenance tasks, prioritize work orders, and minimize downtime for wind turbine systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and hours worked. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the safety of oneself and others.
