Answer all incoming calls. Knows the Hotel and its facilities, the Department and Section Heads as well as the responsibilities of each department. Familiar with the extensions of the various departments and outlets and its respective operating hours and promotions. Records and channels guest request. Performs follow-up calls to guest concerned to ensure service/facility defect has been rectified to satisfaction. Is conversant with the room categories, rate structures and benefits of offered room promotions and Records guests' messages. Accurately records all requests for wake-up calls, confirming the date and time of requests and accurately documented. Ensures correct transmission and receipt of facsimile and promptly delivered to guest. Assumes other duties as assigned by Management. Show Description
