- Answer all incoming calls.
- Knows the Hotel and its facilities, the Department and Section Heads as well as the responsibilities of each department.
- Familiar with the extensions of the various departments and outlets and its respective operating hours and promotions.
- Records and channels guest request.
- Performs follow-up calls to guest concerned to ensure service/facility defect has been rectified to satisfaction.
- Is conversant with the room categories, rate structures and benefits of offered room promotions and Records guests' messages.
- Accurately records all requests for wake-up calls, confirming the date and time of requests and accurately documented.
- Ensures correct transmission and receipt of facsimile and promptly delivered to guest.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by Management.
