Onboarding, Employee Experience
- Lead and direct the development and implementation of a tailored onboarding program for C-suite, Senior management while managing and monitoring closely the team's onboarding for Experts, mid, junior level and fresh graduates of UAENs and Expat domestic new joiners and additionally the onboarding arrangement of the international candidates joining from the GCC Region, Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Americas with high standard of CBUAE's protocols.
- Worked closely with IT, Risk and other internal and external stakeholders to enhance the system's capabilities to digitalize the onboarding process across all functions to minimize manual process to mitigate clerical errors.
- Achieved a minimum of 94% level of satisfaction in 4 consecutive years in onboarding CB's employees.
- Managed a merger phase between CBUAE and former Insurance Authority on the onboarding of 140+ employees operational and logistical movement between CBUAE’s premises
- Manage CBUAE's health insurance RFP's renewals, day-to-day endorsement requests of the employees, maintain a close look on the staff memberlist for timely project deliveries.
- Collaborated closely with Risk Department for RSCA finding to drive organizational success jointly as one cohesive unit.
- Work closely with CBUAE Internal Audit on all HR Operations matters to maintain corrective actions related to onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, Policies, SOPs, Internal surveys.
- Achieved operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing the new Oracle system.
Offboarding, Employee Experience
- Manage the exit process of resignations and terminations in the system with full discretion, ensure quality check of the Admin Decision and supporting documentations for H.E Governor's Signature for effective implementation.
- Oversee departmental clearance, system closure, and submission of experience letters to the ex-employees to ensure the best practise of offboarding process life cycle.
- Maintaining an up-to-date reports with Rewards unit on the Recovery of outstanding dues, End of Service Calculations for all ex-employees and GPSSA status Quo for UAE Nationals to ensure completion of their offboarding process within the TAT.
- Work closely with legal Affairs of ex-employees court cases, ensure Human Capital management's feedback diligently.
