Summary

As the Head of Division at the Presidential Administration, I have over 10 years of experience in leading innovation and strategic planning in the public sector. I work with the top officials and stakeholders to develop and implement policies and initiatives that enhance the economic and social development of Azerbaijan. I have a strong track record of delivering results and creating positive impact for the society and the country.

I am also a lecturer at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), where I share my knowledge and expertise in leadership and management with the students and faculty. I have a PhD in Economics from the Academy of Public Administration, and I have also studied at prestigious institutions such as Yale School of Management, MIT, Norwich Business School, and TODAIE. I have multiple skills in software project management, business analysis, and organizational behavior. My mission is to use my analytical and creative abilities to solve complex problems and foster innovation and growth. Implemented a system for conducting frequent countrywide land surveys using satellite imagery, with data integrated into an online portal. Employed artificial intelligence for real-time detection of land surface changes, including unauthorized construction, enabling efficient on-site inspections by land inspectors and the prompt removal of illegal structures, while safeguarding agricultural land
