• Took incident reports in person, over the phone and in person. Collected victim and witness statements, maintained animal bite report records verifying compliance with AZ state rabies quarantine laws.
• Collaborated with other city agencies, such as the police department with investigations and search warrants for suspected animal law violations. Maintained statistical data for animal bite records.

• Managed a staff of 8 full time employees and 2 student worker employees. Maintained student transcript records. Manged and coordinated the processing and mailing of college acceptance and denial letters.
