Supervising a team with guidance and support with daily tasks and customer service. Ensuring the store runs smoothly by addressing the needs of the business such as working side by side with my team with any help they may need. I conduct weekly adjustments of inventory and work closely with the process manager to ensure the stores presentation is up to standards. I overlook the pet care department to make sure policy and procedures are being followed and that the animals in our store are receiving the best care. I write the schedule 2 weeks in advance with the company’s hours that are allocated to plan out future projects or higher volume in sales. I have done payroll for 32-81 employees to ensure they get paid correctly and that hours are within the stores plan for the pay quarter. I do ordering for the over all store and keep budget to not exceed the amount that is allocated .
