  • To handle allocated claims and related tasks as requested in compliance with claims department's guidelines to provide optimal claims services to claimants.
  • To acknowledge claims and/or respond to all enquiries within set KPI of 48 hours
  • To ensure full compliance with conditions of carriage and EY policies in all cargo claims handling .
  • To ensure that all intent and formal recovery claim letters are sent to third parties ( Insurance, GHA, GSA, and interline partners ) upon deciding liable party and ensure recoveries from liable parties .
