Stephanie Ferrell

Over the last 25 years I have developed strong leadership experience and managed operations in a variety of roles to optimize growth and performance within stores and the Supply Chain. I have held proficiencies with trends surrounding Colorado, Phoenix and Tucson markets to deliver profitable outcomes for our shareholders.

I started my career path with The Home Depot as a student in high school and was given an opportunity to learn the roles and responsibilities of many. Along the way, I maintained positive customer relationships by responding to Pro, Specialty and Services adeptly and recently learning Reverse Logistics in our Supply Chain facilities. Since I have expertise in understanding the flow of various operations within the business, I have an advantage to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

I hold a reputation for performing effectively with frequent workload changes and maintaining self-disciplined timelines. My leadership skills also include organization, effective verbal and written communication, networking, business acumen, problem-solving, decision making, and team development. I am self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. I maintain high expectations for myself personally and professionally.

I hold a strong commitment toward customer service and perform at the highest level when managing relationships, resolving complexities, improving financial acumen and addressing performance behaviors. Additionally, I am quick to resolve employee and customer conflict, drive results and celebrate accomplishments to build team performance and morale.
