Highly motivated and certified Project Manager with expertise in managing multifunctional Digital Projects. Skilled communications team member. Ready to help team achieve company goals. Fluent in English, Turkish, and Russian.
During my time working on the Digital product - Media Library project, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of a robust SharePoint-based solution designed to streamline media management processes within the organization.
As a member of the project team, I was responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting user interviews, and analyzing existing media management workflows. This initial phase allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the organization's needs and identify pain points that the Digital Media Library aimed to address.
Based on the requirements and user feedback, I actively participated in the design and architecture of the SharePoint solution. I collaborated closely with developers and UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that would enhance user experience and maximize productivity.
One of the key components of the Digital Media Library was the integration of metadata tagging and search functionalities. I played a crucial role in defining the metadata schema and taxonomy, ensuring that it aligned with industry best practices and met the specific requirements of the organization. This involved extensive collaboration with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent metadata tagging across the media library.
Additionally, I worked on the implementation of access controls and permissions within SharePoint to ensure that the media assets were appropriately secured and only accessible to authorized personnel. This involved configuring user roles, setting up permission levels, and conducting thorough testing to verify the effectiveness of the access control mechanisms.
Throughout the project, I actively participated in testing and quality assurance activities. I collaborated closely with the testing team to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the Digital Media Library. This involved conducting user acceptance testing, bug tracking, and providing detailed feedback to the development team.
Effective internal communication and a strong social media presence are essential for any organization. However, when a key team member, such as the Social Media Manager, takes a leave of absence, it becomes crucial to ensure that both the internal communications team and the social media efforts continue smoothly.
1. Assess the Current Situation:
Identify any ongoing projects, campaigns, or pending tasks that require immediate attention. T
2. Bridge the Gap:
Managing both teams effectively, establish clear lines of communication and collaboration. Act as a bridge between the internal communications team and the rest of the organization. Keep them informed about any updates, announcements, or changes that need to be communicated internally or externally. Facilitate meetings, discussions, and feedback sessions to ensure smooth coordination.
3. Familiarized with the Social Media Strategy:
As the temporary replacement for the Social Media Manager, I took the time to familiarize myself with the organization's social media strategy. Understood the brand's voice, target audience, and objectives. Reviewed past campaigns and initiatives to gain insights into successful approaches and key metrics. This knowledge enabled me to maintain consistency in messaging and engagement levels.
4. Manage Social Media Platforms:
During the Social Media Manager's leave, it is essential to keep the organization's social media platforms active and engaging. Regularly create and schedule content for posting, ensuring it aligns with the established strategy and objectives. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately. Maintain a content calendar to stay organized and plan ahead.
5. Collaborate with the Internal Communications Team:
Work closely with the internal communications team to support their initiatives. Provide guidance on incorporating social media elements into internal communications materials, such as newsletters, memos, and intranet updates. Offered assistance in creating visually appealing and shareable content customized for internal distribution. This collaboration will enhance the reach and impact of internal communications efforts.
6. Support Employee Advocacy:
Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors during this period. Facilitate their involvement by providing them with social media guidelines, pre-approved content, and resources to share externally. By promoting employee advocacy, we can maintain a strong social media presence and amplify the organization's message even without the Social Media Manager's direct involvement.
