- Started out as a game master running and resetting the escape rooms at the facility and then worked my way up to becoming a manager
- Being a manager I’m in charge of a select amount of people on certain days and opening and closing the business making sure everything runs smoothly
- Part of my job is interacting with the customers and making sure they’re happy as well as answering phones and making sure the facility looks clean and welcoming
- We have 9 escape rooms currently that i’ve memorized
- I’;m the head trainer at the escape room which puts me in charge of training everyone else on games and making sure they’re doing everything correctly.
