Since 2001 I have progressive experience in various aspects of Logistics & Supply Chain Management in Oil & Gas Industry.

My main role within the largest BP Logistics Supply Base in Caspian region is a site controlling and supervising of all the base activities including but not limited to Planning, Materials Management, Lifting Operations, Marine & Quayside Operations, Pipe Yard & Yard Activities, Transportation, Documentation, Warehousing, Health & Safety, Management of Dangerous Goods (IATA, IMDG, ADR), Emergency Management

Responsible for all operational activities pertaining to the Logistics Supply Base including Warehouses and Quayside;

Act as focal point for all company logistic activities;

Ensure strict compliance is maintained across all Supply Base and Quayside operations with regards to company HSE policies, standards, procedures and SSOW;

Liaise with the relevant client, third party and company representatives and ensure all known requirements are actioned in a timely manner and any late call offs, changes to planned activities are executed as instructed, effectively and safely;

Ensure the safe preparation of Dangerous Goods including all legislative documentation (e.g. MSDS, Dangerous Goods Declarations);

Responsible for providing all appropriate documentation and sailing orders required to ensure the dispatch of materials from Supply Base and Quayside;

Provide relevant KPI statistical data as required by company management;

Act as primary site focal point/on-scene commander in the event of any incidents, accidents or emergency situations;

Monitoring and prevention of unsafe situations, Ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are followed and conform to the professional standards prescribed by the company;

Ensure work is conducted within all applicable Legislative and Company Safety Management System
