I am responsible for working with manufacturing/support teams to monitor workflows. Assure customer orders are delivered within promised date while auditing the processes across the product lines. This includes working closely with the manufacturing managers, production team members, machine operators, quality associates, and IT. Two to three times a shift, I providing daily reports, prioritizing daily tasks for departments and updating the work flow. I communicate plans effectively to all teams verbally and follow up with shifts to make sure everyone is being set up for success.
