I’ve spent my whole life troubleshooting technology for friends and family. I built my own computer at a young age and fell in love with the world of technology and troubleshooting. Every job I’ve had up to this point has been communicating with customers, satisfying their needs, and ensuring they leave with a smile. I learned valuable customer service skills while employed as a shift lead for Dutch Bros Coffee for several years and am eager to learn more, accept challenges, and begin enhancing my skillset in the IT industry. I am currently enrolled at Western Governor's University and am gaining knowledge of the IT field more and more every day. I am planning to earn many IT certifications and have just received my CompTIA A+.
