That led to me becoming a SUPERVISOR. where l would have upwards of 11 employees at a time to manage. l would handle giving out routes and trucks for the night. Where l would make the routes were time efficient to perform under the 8 hour time limit. And make sure the vehicles were fueled for the operators. I would maintain communication throughout the night to help with any problems.

That led to me becoming LEAD SUPERVISOR/LOGISTICS. Where l would supervisor the supervisors and make weekly plans for them and inform of any changes or complaints that we needed to follow up on. l would create the routes for the operators to follow out of many clients and frequencies. Which included the Phoenix metropolitan and outlining cities and counties.
