Financial Analyst
- Develop financial models
- Forecast quarterly and annual profit/loss
- Analyze and report current financial situation
- Produce monthly financial reports to include:
P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget v Actual, Cash
flow, Monthly production report, Aged
receivables
- Produce yearly operating budget
- Compare actual to budget results
- Support the CFO & Board of Directors with current financial information
Accounting
Work with both cash and accrual accounting
- Manage accounts payable and receivables
- Pay invoices verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, ensure accuracy of payments, resolve account discrepancies
- Post journal entries
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Month end close
- Maintain Lease-Loan tracking, maintenance and reporting, track principal and interest payments
- Purchase order creation and tracking
- Produce and track invoices
- Originate and track ACH/Wire transfers
- Review field tech and office expenses
- Pay required federal and state taxes
- File federal and state required documents
Office Manager
- Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively, meet deadlines and adhere to company standards
- Organizing maintenance and repair companies to ensure cleanliness, operation and safety
- Negotiate and maintain contracts (telephone, office equipment, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with employees
Human Resources
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant
- Create compensation strategy for all employees based on market
- Conduct performance reviews, produce job evaluations
- Produce bi-weekly payroll based on time sheets and salary employees
- Manage all insurances (health, dental, vision, workers comp, auto)
- Produce and submit monthly reports for monthly payments
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures
- Support techs and field support
- Train office staff on existing software and office procedures
- Maintain and update organizational charts
- Maintain vacation scheduling
- Produce yearly W2, 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC for tax purposes
Operations
