• Managed multiple products and programs and teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery to Aerospace and Department of Defense customers for critical applications for life support and solid rocket motor insulation in and array of programs.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate RFPs/RFQs into profitable contracts on assigned products/programs, resolving contract issues prior to PO approval.
• Provide quotes for government solicitations (DLA) including five-year indefinite order awards and TINA threshold requirements.
• Review of FARS/DFARS/ITAR/EAR where applicable.
• Develop project plans, schedules and forecasting; provide leadership management and oversight for all product/program goals.
• Root cause and Long-Term Cause and Corrective Action reviews of small and large non-conformances. Presented root cause, and corrective/preventative actions to customers and the U.S. Military; interfacing with appropriate teams throughout the completion of long-term actions.
• Supported REDAR Improvement Team as part of a long-term project toward earning the Baldridge level awards.

Provided customer support via onsite visits and teleconferences.

estimating, sales & customer interface, and trade show support. Designed & qualified new Carter AP1-1529 hose line that became industry leader in 2 yrs. Developed the first US Navy 3-inch ID Aerial refueling hose for the new Boeing KC-767 tanker IAW MIL-H-4495.

DOQ: Manager all product testing (compliance, FAI & development), MRB, C&CA, ISO 9001 effort,
test plans, contract review & calibration. Supervised test lab, technicians/floor inspectors and test equipment.

Responsible for Arizona operations of over 65 employees that consisted of 3 production lines, HR, maintenance and border crossings. Assisted/organized Trade shows Sales & Customer visits.
Responsible for turning around the RF department from having 57 late orders to obtaining 3 supplier awards from Hughes/Raytheon, TRW and California Microwave/EF Data in 1 year period.
Developed new solder training and manual IAW J-STD-001 along with system improvements.
