• Managed multiple products and programs and teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery to Aerospace and Department of Defense customers for critical applications for life support and solid rocket motor insulation in and array of programs.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate RFPs/RFQs into profitable contracts on assigned products/programs, resolving contract issues prior to PO approval.
• Provide quotes for government solicitations (DLA) including five-year indefinite order awards and TINA threshold requirements.
• Review of FARS/DFARS/ITAR/EAR where applicable.
• Develop project plans, schedules and forecasting; provide leadership management and oversight for all product/program goals.
• Root cause and Long-Term Cause and Corrective Action reviews of small and large non-conformances. Presented root cause, and corrective/preventative actions to customers and the U.S. Military; interfacing with appropriate teams throughout the completion of long-term actions.
• Supported REDAR Improvement Team as part of a long-term project toward earning the Baldridge level awards.

Provided customer support via onsite visits and teleconferences.
