General pool maintenance ( skimming, brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, etc.) Performing repairs, services, and diagnostic of various difficulties. Such as equipment installation, filter media changes, vacuum diagnostics and repairs , replacing O-rings, valve inserts, and salt cell diagnostics and cleanings. Identifying larger or more complex issues and effectively communicate with customers and management to initiate the repair process. Maintaining a clean and properly stocked truck. Being prepared for a schedule that may change at any moments notice. Provide premier customer service and deliver a high quality work.

• Install inground vinyl liner pools from start to finish. I operated a skid steer, box truck, and dump truck. Main responsibilities were final shaping and application of vermiculite, grout, and concrete.

• Receive and distribute merchandise throughout the store. Safely operate a variety of lift trucks. Using store systems to organize and maintain inventory. Build secure lumber loads for customer delivery.

• Managing different shifts, cash handling (safe management). POS skills. Motivating others and delegating tasks to maintain store efficiency. Making ice cream. Making and decorating other products like cupcakes, cake, and pies. Managing calls and inventory. Provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain store cleanliness. Service equipment and put in work orders for other more specialized repairs. Assist customers and maintain my department. Assist in delivering appliances. Contact customers to verify deliveries. I was also a safety team member.
